A quick blog but such a necessary one.

Permits & Regulations
-
Most public beaches (like in Clearwater, Sand Key, or Treasure Island) require a permit to have your ceremony on their beaches. You might be restricted to a certain day or time slot so check on this early in your planning. Also, you might have rules and regulations on the setting you plan on using. Chairs, arches, music, throwing rice, use of real or fake flowers and more......Don't make assumptions. Let the city know what you would like to do and make sure you are allowed to. Police and city personnel do check you on the beach. Get your ducks all in a row so the wedding day goes smoothly. A wise word from an experienced beach wedding photographer. Me. :0)
